ORDERING A GIFT?
You can get your order sent to any address, and we can add a gift note inside the parcel too — just let us know at checkout. Gifts will be wrapped in tissue and sealed with a gold branded sticker.
We hope you love everything you receive, but if you would like to return an item(s) then please get in touch. Item(s) need to be returned to us in their original condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.
We can only offer an exchange in the event of an item being faulty or damaged. In this case, the exchange will be for the same product only. If you would like a different item then a new order must be placed.
All returned items will be refunded within 2 working days of us receiving them, minus the cost of the initial postage fee (except in the case of a faulty or damaged item).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any personalised, made to order items, or pierced jewellery (for reasons of hygiene), excluding when damage is incurred in transit or the item is found to be faulty.
If you do wish to return an item, contact us first within the 30 days to receive our instructions. It is your responsibility to return items using a secure postage method, and sufficient packaging to ensure the order is returned in the original condition.
