What's inside the Hopscotch Box?

Each month you’ll get one of our large hand poured scented soy candles delivered direct to your door. Your gift will come beautifully presented and wrapped, so it’s a real treat when you open it up — much better than another bill! You’ll also receive a hand personalised note with each candle.

It’s the perfect way to explore our entire range of fragrances, plus new and exclusive scents just for members.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

Yes! Our candle subscription makes a wonderful gift for special friends and family. Each candle is beautifully wrapped and finished with a hand personalised letter. At checkout, just enter their name and address in the shipping section, and choose the ‘it’s for somebody else’ option.

You can choose from an ongoing monthly subscription, or a 3, 6, or 12 month delivery.

Can I buy a 3, 6 or 12 month delivery?

Yes! You can either choose from an ongoing monthly subscription, or a 3, 6, or 12 month delivery (which are ideal for gifts). With these options, you’re only billed once so once your order is placed, we’ll do the rest! There’s free UK delivery on all candle subscription plans.

Is delivery free?

Yes! Delivery within the UK is completely free.

Delivery outside of the UK is charged at a flat rate of just £6.00 per box within Europe, and £8.00 per box for the rest of the world.

Can I get my box delivered to work?

Yes! Why not brighten up your work day and get it sent to your office instead of your home address.

When will my box arrive?

We’ll hand package, then dispatch your box so it arrives in the middle of each month.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

If you choose the ongoing monthly plan, there’s no contract, and you’re free to cancel your subscription at anytime. Just log into My Account, go to your subscription page, then click ‘cancel’.

You can also pause your subscription temporarily by clicking ‘suspend’. To re-start, just visit the same page and click ‘resume’.

If you wish to cancel a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription contract before it expires, contact us as each situation will be assessed and dealt with individually.

When will I get charged?

If you choose our ongoing monthly plan, we’ll take your first payment on the day you start your subscription. To keep things simple, you’ll be charged on the same day every month. If you ever need a reminder, just visit the subscription page in My Account, which will give your next payment date.

If you choose one of our 3/6/12 month options, then you’ll pay the total amount when you place your order, with no on-going or recurring payments.

How much does it cost?

Our monthly ongoing subscription costs £24 per month.

Our 3 month subscription costs a total of £69 (£23 per month).

Our 6 month subscription costs a total of £132 (£22 per month).

Our 12 month subscription costs a total of £252 (£21 per month).

All candle subscriptions come with free UK delivery.

How do I subscribe?

Visit our subscriptions page, and choose a plan at the bottom of the page. You’ll be directed straight to checkout where you can enter your billing and delivery information. Then sit back and look forward to receiving your first box!

Can I order other products at the same time?

You can order other products alongside your Hopscotch Box, but these items will be dispatched at the same time (and to the same address) as your first box. If you want these items to arrive sooner or to a different address, we recommend making a separate order.

Do I have to manually re-order every month?

No, we’ll automatically send your candle subscription box each month your subscription is active.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes! We deliver globally — just choose your destination country at checkout! Delivery is charged at just £6.00 within Europe, or £8.00 for the rest of the world.

How can I update my address?

Just log in to My Account, view your subscription, and click ‘change address’ at the top of the page.

Can I use a debit or credit card?

Yes! You can use any major debit or credit card at checkout for our subscription products.

When you create your account at checkout, your payment card details will be saved so we can automatically process your payment each month.

No sensitive data is transferred to or stored on our website or server — all sensitive information is handled securely by Stripe, our secure payment processing partner.

Can I change my payment card at any time?

Yes! If you pay by credit or debit card, you can view, delete and change your payment card information at any time on your my account page.

Can I use PayPal?

Yes! If you have a PayPal account, just choose the PayPal option at checkout.

At the end of checkout, we’ll direct you to PayPal where you review and finalise your order. Once you’ve finished, you’ll be directed back to to our website where you’ll see an order confirmation page. You’ll also receive a confirmation from PayPal.
